Eduardo Bart 6e154f6b2c Lights now are looking really good
* Draw lights beneath holes
* Improve light particle
* Light intensityvaries inversely with the square of the distance
* Local player always have a minimum light in complete darkness
* Creature names are behind lights now

Eduardo Bart e0431021b5 Huge engine change, replace all std::shared_ptrs
Create a new shared pointer type stdext::shared_object_ptr and stdext::shared_obj
using boost::intrusive_ptr

Advantages:
 * half memory usage
 * faster and lightweight

Disadvantages:
 * using weak_ptr is not supported anymore
 * compiling seems slower

* implement OpenGL ES 1.1 and OpenGL ES 2.0 support
* new framebuffer that can run on any opengl implementation
